Maples Finance, the fund administration business of the international law firm, is expanding its fund services offering in Luxembourg.

The company has been granted a registrar agent licence from the Luxembourg financial authority the CSSF (Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier).
Maples Finance can now offer a full range of fund administration, registrar and transfer agency services in Luxembourg. It an opened there in 2007 and has been operating as a licensed domiciliation agent since then. The extended services will be available to locally listed and domiciled funds.
Maples Finance has around $30 billion of assets under administration in investment fund assets globally.
