Tenth European Performance Award nominations open

The Tenth European Performance Award nominations have opened.

As Hedge Funds Review gets ready to celebrate its tenth birthday, this year’s awards will reflect 10 years of hedge fund industry achievements and success with the introduction of a new category: Hedge Fund of the Decade, open to any fund with 10 years or more of operations.

In the qualitative awards category, Hedge Funds Review is continuing its campaign to raise awareness and the standard of investor communications by recognising the contribution this activity makes to the hedge funds industry.

In the tenth anniversary performance awards categories, funds with a track record of over 10 years in long/short equity, global macro, event driven and relative value strategies will be highlighted.

The awards, recognising single manager hedge funds, are the most thorough and sought-after accolades in the industry.

The hedge fund investment process relies on more than just numbers and the awards judging process recognises this.

The European Performance Awards is the most prestigious event held exclusively for the European hedge fund industry and continues to attract the top names from the business.

This year the judging panel will feature prominent hedge fund investors from all sectors representing family offices, pension funds, consultants and Hedge Funds Review’s editor, Margie Lindsay.

The winners will be announced at a gala dinner on May 20 in London.

The shortlist will be published in the April edition of Hedge Funds Review and on the website.
