Lipper clinches deal with BMO Financial Group

Lipper has been selected by the BMO Financial Group to construct model portfolio solutions of mutual funds and exchange traded funds (ETFs) for BMO InvestorLine.

Under the arrangement Lipper will also provide BMO InvestorLine with an ETF and mutual fund selection research service.

BMO InvestorLine fund model portfolios and lists of funds will be based on the Lipper leader for consistent return rating methodology. This is an objective rating that evaluates a fund’s risk-adjusted performance and its consistency.

Lipper, a Thomson Reuters company, provides independent insight on global collective investments including mutual funds, retirement funds, hedge funds, fund fees and expenses to the asset management and media communities.

BMO InvestorLine is part of BMO Financial Group’s private client group which provides integrated wealth management services in Canada and the US.
